Ocakbasi? WTF?!
Yep, we changed format a little and created a menu of small dishes for everyone to share. We put the grill to good use and had fun with lots of different meats and veggies.
We want to say a huge thank you to Frank for the opportunity and for manning the bar! Ben and Shaun for help in the kitchen and Jackson for being our grill monkey for the two days.
Even though we had some bad weather the Clove Club guys kept everyone buzzing front and back of house. Ruth and Jarrod, veterans of Canary Wharf, were back to help the ever-amazing Dan and Johnny.
